My Approach to Helping

I create a safe space for individuals and couples to share, grow and heal. I will guide you through the complexities of individual conflict and pain, and help you resolve relational struggles. My passion is to help individuals and couples cope and heal as they face unexpected and very painful challenges.

Together we can build a relationship based on openness, understanding, and trust, and free of all judgment. I will walk with you to help you discover the tools you need to acknowledge and share your pain, and help you find the peace that allows you to move forward in a healthy way.
