I offer a comfortable, safe place to explore both the subtle and glaringly obvious emotional and psychological factors that influence every aspect of a person's life.
I am a psychologist and psychotherapist who believes that psychotherapy works best when it addresses both specific and broad problems. Good therapy helps people find answers to life's challenges. Chronic stress and ongoing relationship conflicts can undermine your ability to lead a healthy, rewarding life. Therapy helps people make decisions that promote satisfaction, control, and productivity within their own lives. Developing skills for coping with everyday stressors and crises is a key component of therapy.
I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each client, focusing on creating collaborative dialogue during which we develop therapeutic goals. This approach includes symptom reduction for symptoms such as self-harm, depression, and anxiety, as well as assistance for issues such as gender identity, sexuality, performance anxiety, infertility, parenting challenges, and creative blocks, to name just a few.
