COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY FOR DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY
Are you wrestling with old patterns, and wondering if it is possible to lead a happy and productive life? Are you feeling stuck, or troubled by worry, sleeplessness, low motivation, and low moods? When loved ones notice that you are not yourself, do you feel guilty? Does it seem like there is no real solution to your problems?
Many people are relieved of suffering through cognitive behavioral therapy. As a scientifically supported treatment for depression and anxiety, CBT provides both short term relief, and the skills to manage problems long after therapy has ended. With compassion, dedication, and knowledge, we can work together to succeed over that which seems hopeless.

SPECIALIZATIONS AND TREATMENT APPROACH
In over 15 years as a psychotherapist, I have helped many successfully address depression, general and social anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, low self esteem and lack of assertiveness, chronic stress, and difficult life transitions, as well as provided support to those seeking greater personal insight.
My goal is to provide a safe space in which we work together to reveal your potential. My approach is to listen, to collaborate as we explore your concerns, and to share my observations and experience to promote understanding, healing, and growth. My interventions are tailored to you, and often include techniques from cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, feminist, and humanistic psychotherapies.
I offer clinical assessments, consultation, lifestyle coaching, and brief and long-term psychotherapy for individuals and couples. Treatment recommendations are personalized, taking into account the nature of your concerns, treatment goals, relevant personal history, and other resources at your disposal.
