Thank you for taking a moment to view my profile.

The relationship between the therapist and the client is very important to me. I place a strong emphasis on this therapeutic relationship while creating an environment where clients may feel safe and understood. My goal is to provide caring and nonjudgmental guidance and reflection to each individual, couple, and family I encounter.

There is no "one size fits all" method of treatment. I tailor my approach to fit the needs of each client, instilling in them a sense of empowerment. I give clients tools to overcome obstacles and weather the storms of life. I aim to raise clients' awareness of their resiliency so that they may gain the confidence to proceed through life more happily and healthily.

"I'd rather know the person who has the disease than know the disease the person has." ~Hippocrates
