Ever wonder why, even when things seem to be going well, you can't shake that feeling that something is wrong? Maybe even that *you're* wrong? Deep down, many people sense that they are bad, even broken. As time passes, the effort made to keep these feelings at bay robs you of joy, satisfaction, and peace. I am passionate about helping people find their way out of this place and into one of more spaciousness and light.

My approach is one of collaboration. You didn't come to therapy to sit in front of someone who only says, "mhmm." Together, we will ask the questions and find the answers that will help you make your way into a place of more ease, calm, and peace. Life doesn't have to be perfect to be good.

More Info About My Practice

I specialize in anxiety, self-esteem, and trauma and I especially love to work with *women around prenatal and postpartum issues, as well as young adults and creative-types. I believe that you are the expert on your experience, and I am here to be a compassionate witness, a mirror, and sometimes a guide to support you on your path.
In my practice draw from a variety of methods including interactive guided imagery, EMDR (a gold standard tool for trauma), expressive arts, somatic modalities, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). *I am rooted in social justice/anti-oppressive framework and I welcome people of all genders, orientations, and identities.

My Role as a Therapist

I believe firmly that you have the right to forge your own path in life, whatever that looks like. You are the expert on your experience, and I am here as a witness, a guide, and sometimes an incessant question-asker! Therapy is meant to be an exploration of your innermost thoughts, feelings and beliefs. I am here as a support to help you unearth what is true for you, so that you can make the decisions that will support your needs and desires.
