My highest goal is to help my clients achieve the goals they need to reach to live a happy life. I leave it to my clients to determine what those goals are, serving as a trained coach who can help you better understand your strengths and challenges. I help my clients develop a step by step plan to reduce the pain associated with their problems while focusing on their strengths. I work with clients who face addiction issues, mood challenges, anxiety, self-esteem difficulties, stress, and relationship challenges.

I have training in many approaches to treatment, and I tailor my approach to meet each client's needs. I often rely on solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, existential, and humanistic therapies. Your thinking affects your feelings, so we work to address how your inner beliefs and truths affect your existence. I believe each person has a unique set of gifts and talents that help them bring meaning and purpose to the world. We all deserve to belong.
