I aim to provide a warm and caring environment, to foster and atmosphere of trust, where it is safe to explore thoughts and feelings.

I work with adults and teenagers who struggle with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, fertility, pregnancy, adoption, peer/academic stress, and careers. I also facilitate two therapy groups, one for new mothers and another for teenage adoptees.

I hold a master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Specialization and a bachelor's degree in Psychology. I completed a portion of my pre-liscenced clinical training at The Maple Counseling Center and am a resource associate at TeenLIne, a helpline for teenage callers.

I am a marriage and family therapy intern under the supervision Mindia Gabichvadze, PsyD (CA 77636).
