Your journey is vital and yet sometimes it can be difficult to navigate. I can help you find understanding and healing as you travel life's many paths. I am a compassionate listener, as well as an active and engaged participant in your experience. Whether you are seeking a goal-directed, brief encounter or a more intense, long term experience, I can help you attain your objectives in a safe and nurturing environment. Together, we can work towards integrating your life into a meaningful whole. I work with individuals, couples, and families and offer convenient scheduling options, including weekends.

I can assist with a variety of issues including substance abuse, relationships, trauma, grief & loss, depression, anxiety, and life transitions. I am particularly attuned to men's unique struggles and enjoy working with pre-teens and adolescents. My approach is client-centered and experiential, which means that I believe emotional insight is just as important as intellectual insight.

Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed

Because we rely on one another to regulate our emotional lives, therapy is an ideal place to engage fully with our humanness. It is a safe space to be vulnerable, to let our guard down. To seek understanding with a therapist is a logical pursuit in one's attempt to participate fully in life. To sit with another person and fully experience life's dizzying array of thoughts and emotions requires courage. It is not easy and it takes time to build trust with a therapist. The rewards, however, are worth the effort. If you wish to become your own best self, I encourage you to reach out to someone today.
