Do you feel like you're stuck, falling apart, or reaching a crossroads? Struggling to fix problem behaviors on your own? Come see why my clients recommend me! Together we'll evaluate where you are, then chart a path to your goal, uncovering ways to tackle the obstacles that stand in the way of your well-being.

I use EMDR and Somatic Experiencing, research-based approaches that work well even for people who have not had success with other therapies. My job is to help you achieve your best life as quickly as possible. Clients tell me they appreciate my open, spiritual manner, and that I offer healing and hope in a gentle, accepting fashion that helps to ease pain. I am strongly focused on relationships, and draw on my own life experiences of adoption, infertility, trauma, divorce, and dealing with a loved one's addiction.
