Often times when we are faced with a problem such as, overwhelming anxiety, self-criticism or obsessive compulsive thoughts, we let the problem get so out of control that the problem becomes bigger than us.

Now is the time in your life to take the control back in your life, and not let the problem win! I have been helping clients for many years to achieve this goal. By working with me, I will be able to assist you with overcoming many obstacles in your life which are blocking you from living a more satisfying life that you deserve. Perhaps some of your issues include: fear of crowds, or workplace discrimination, or psychological abuse in your relationship, the therapy I provide will give you more clarity to approach your problem solving more successfully. Each and every session, you will be guaranteed my undivided attention, and 100% of my energy focused on helping you resolve conflict more effectively.

I believe that people are looking for answers sooner than later when is comes to attending therapy. People want to attain new skills to better cope with the stresses of life. Clients seek to begin applying what they learn in therapy in their everyday lives, and see results from their efforts. They want their investment in therapy to be worthy of their time and energy. They want the chance to be heard and understood. Most importantly, at the end of each session, clients strive to feel better about themselves, and more optimistic about their future than they felt when they started the hour.

These are the professional and clinical expectations I have upheld for myself throughout my entire career without wavering.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

is that I can fulfill my inner purpose which is healing other people, and making a significant difference in the lives of others. When a client graduates therapy, I feel I have paid it forward giving another person the ability to overcome problems, and begin living life with greater joy.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Committing to therapy is time consuming, and potentially costly (depending on insurance coverage). Fitting in one hour a week when you are busy with family and work responsibilities can feel like a stretch. Perhaps you've never been in therapy and have reservations.

Making that call shows that you are the one knocking down the door to getting the help you're seeking. Be proud of the choices you make. You and only you own those choices, and you get to determine when you are ready to take that step.

You are probably thinking through the pros and cons. There's no downside to trying out at least one session. Give yourself the opportunity to get more information such as: gaining confidence that therapy I provide will be effective, assessing whether you feel you are comfortable working with the particular therapist, giving yourself the chance to explore the positive change that you envision.

Knowledge is power. When you obtain more information, you will be more equipped to make educated choices which will serve you well in the future.
