Rebecca Aadland, MS, is a licensed marriage and family therapist. A skilled clinician, she has been a private practitioner for more than a decade. She is a board-certified supervisor for the Minnesota Board of Marriage and Family Therapy, as well as a National Certified Counselor. She is an EAP therapist with Lifeworks and Sand Creek, as well as an in-network provider for numerous health insurance plans.

In addition to her clinical work, Rebecca offers seminars and workshops to help clients discover their passions and take powerful steps to live out these dreams. She is also a musician, and released Foreign Soul, her first album, in 2007. She is a trained EMDR therapist, as well as a women's issues expert.
