Are you feeling down? stuck? angry? irritable? overwhelmed? out of control? There's no 'flow' in your life? Not sure what to do next or what might help? Or if it's possible to make your life better? Change is possible, although sometimes it doesn't seem so. I believe that all of us have the inner resources to heal, if we can unearth them. My therapeutic process begins with fostering a safe and trusting relationship. Once this is in place we collaborate on what changes you want to make in your life, whether that be building new relationships, leaving others behind or taking steps in an entirely new direction. There are many tools in the toolbox that can help. Depending on what works for you they can include: mindfulness, expressive art. a walk in the woods or a trip to the barn to work with the horses. Through this journey I am privileged to be your guide, collaborator and witness.

More Info About My Practice

I offer equine facilitated learning and psychotherapy sessions as one type of experience. Working out of the office in a natural setting with horses can help build healthy relationships, increase self-esteem, clarify personal boundaries, and provide just enough momentum to move forward in life.
