Theoretical Influences that Guide My Work

I am integrative and holistic in my approach to mental health and offer clients information on the mind-body connection; how we take care of and treat our bodies directly affects our mental health and how we feel emotionally directly affects how we feel physically. I do not believe in a "one-size-fits-all" approach, but work collaboratively with clients to establish the direction and pace of our work together.
