If you are facing challenges with intimacy or communication with others I can help you feel more connected and satisfied. Often these struggles with connection with others begin within ourselves and we need a non-judgmental place to explore our thoughts and feelings and a trained ear to help guide our searching. If you are an individual feeling unsatisfied or troubled by your sexual or emotional experiences or desiring more out of your relationships, I can help you untangle complicated feelings and experiences to see more clearly a path to greater satisfaction and fulfillment.
If you are a couple feeling distant, angry or unsatisfied you may be seeking couples therapy to help repair a damaged or strained connection. I can help you sort through patterns of relating that are not working for you but feel impossible to change. Through attention to each of your emotional experiences and needs within the relationships, I can help you hear each other in new ways and find joy and connection that has been lost. If you are a couple that has disparate sexual or intimate needs, or is struggling to connect physically, I can help you understand what is getting in the way of the connection you desire and work on creating it.

More Info About My Practice
I work with individual adults, couples, teens and families.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I have a focus on issues of sexuality and sexual satisfaction with adults and couples. I believe sexuality is a central part of who we are, and our challenges around sexuality are often some of our most fundamental challenges as people, encompassing issues of intimacy, vulnerability, desire and disappointment, and connection to self and others. When addressing issues of sexuality I am always listening for these emotional experiences which come from, and affect, all areas of life.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I came to this work because of my lifelong attraction to people. I have always wanted to spend the majority of my time with other people and I feel grateful that I am able to work closely and have intimate emotional experiences with people every day. My commitment to this work is that I will stay with you through the painful and difficult parts of discovering yourself, and I will focus my authentic attention and care on helping you realize your own vision of your best self.
