Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I've helped my clients with concerns such as depression and sadness, anxiety, self-compassion, difficult transitions, grief, relationships, and trauma. I have advanced training in emotionally focused couples therapy, an approach that has been clinically validated by extensive research and is practiced world-wide. I help couples strengthen their emotional bonds, enabling them to increase feelings of intimacy, security, and safety.

I also have extensive experience helping teens and young adults manage their emotions, cope with challenging transitions, develop their identity, and improve relationships.
