It's time to get your life back! I work with people who are ready to eliminate panic, anxiety, insecurities and self doubt and finally live the life they were meant to live. For years, I too struggled with anxiety and panic attacks resulting in a lot of pain and a lot of wasted precious time and opportunities that this amazing life wanted to offer me. All because of FEAR. I turned that fear into determination and courage!

Now, a holistic and integrative psychotherapist, coach and author I use the same tools and strategies that finally worked for me. I offer a unique, and highly effective program.

Life is too short AND too long to be stressed out and feeling unhealthy. I look forward to connecting!

My View on the Nature of 'Disorders'

Anxiety, in my opinion, is not a "disorder." If you are struggling with anxiety, there are reasons why and in my opinion, mental illness is not one of them. You are not broken, you are not disordered. Part of the reason you cannot stop the feelings of anxiety is because you believe there is something wrong with you and that perpetuates the feeling. The "fear of the fear" becomes a vicious cycle. It's a cycle that CAN be broken. You are not broken, but the cycle can be. I ended that cycle, and I can show you how too!
