I believe the best way to help someone is to focus on their strengths, and to help them discover their inner voice. Most of the counseling that I do, falls under the category of cognitive behavior therapy. Cognitive therapy provides a safe space, and a supportive environment, that will encourage one to make positive changes in their life. I aspire to help people work on issues of communication, trust, and relationship building techniques.

I have worked in hospital settings, residential treatment facilities, as well as school settings. I am currently working in private practice, and prefer to work with ages 18 and above.

I have completed the Marriage Counseling Training with the Gottman Method.

The best way to reach me is by leaving your email.
