I'm a New York city-based licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). For two decades, I've helped adults manage challenges such as anxiety, depression, marriage, relationship, and dating issues, aging and caregiving concerns, parenting, pregnancy, and career and life transitions.

Therapy meets you where you are.

Clients seek my help for many reasons. Whether you're struggling with a crisis, managing painful or difficult emotions, or just interested in learning more about yourself, therapy can help you explore who you are and what has shaped you. Examining your personal history helps you begin the discovery process.

Sometimes we adopt roles based on old patterns that don't serve us any longer. I help my clients uncover the stories they've convinced themselves or true, or that others have told you. These stories often keep you stuck. Therapy helps you identify unconscious obstacles to achieving goals, enabling you to begin the healing process feeling authentic and happier.

I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds. I have 20 years of experience working successfully with individuals suffering from depression, anxiety and who are experiencing problems in their relationships.

I have expertise in working with individuals who have mentally ill family members, as well as caregivers; individuals coping with the pressure of caring for aging loved ones.
