Effective therapeutic relationships foster healing and change. I use an eclectic approach, which means I draw from a variety of therapeutic traditions based on my client's needs. I help clients with a range of symptoms, including depression, anxiety, obsessions and compulsions (OCD), sexual issues, work issues, and relationships. I fluently speak German, English, and French. I embrace diversity, and can work effectively with people from all backgrounds. I look forward to talking to you, and offer free phone consultations.

My clients tell me I am empathetic, warm, and free of judgment. I adopt an interactive, compassionate approach in therapy sessions, working to help my clients cultivate new strategies for addressing their problems. In so doing, my clients are able to nurture new ways of relating to friends, families, jobs, and their environment.
