Connection to others is the foundation for a fulfilling life. My goal as a therapist is to help you find this connection by embracing your vulnerability, practicing acceptance, and living fully with an open heart. Our collaboration allows us to compassionately explore your needs, fears, and hopes while helping you build upon your greatest strengths. I aim to help you achieve greater integration of all of the parts of yourself while embracing more curiosity, acceptance, flexibility, and understanding. We'll also work to help you gain better skills for coping with the painful emotions and challenges that are inevitable parts of life.
