The thing I am most passionate about is helping people improve their relationships. Not only do people come to see me because they are having trouble in their romantic relationships, but they might be struggling in their relationships to food, money, alcohol and drugs, sex, or work. This can cause someone to feel increasingly lonely, isolated, sad, anxious and depressed. Our work together is to uncover and resolve these complex dynamics which are often rooted in earlier development and family dynamics. I believe this will help foster and increased creativity and fulfillment.

In our work together we will create a non judgmental, safe and supportive environment. I will help you develop insight into what is keeping you stuck and work to heal old wounds. Additionally, I will provide feedback and make specific recommendations. You will develop tools to better manage tough situations and have a renewed sense of strength and optimism. I hope to foster deepened insight, improved self esteem, and an increased ability for close, intimate relationships.
