I work with engineers, teaching "soft -skills," helping them discover what they really want in life, and then guiding them through the obstacles that stand between then and what they want.
Have you hit rock bottom? Exhausted ALL of your resources? Do you prefer to solve your own problems, but have reached a dead end? I understand. I have been there myself. Eventually I learned that it?s OK to ask for help. I learned the hard way, after years of resistance. But you don?t have to. It is OK to ask for help. In fact, one of the most efficient and effective ways to change and grow is to allow yourself to be supported (and challenged) by a skilled professional.

More Info About My Practice
I teach soft skills such as communication and conflict resolution that lead to a more content and satisfying life, better relationships at home, at work, and wherever life may take you.
I have been married for over 20 years and understand what it takes to find peace in relationship, to develop trust in relationship, and to rekindle the passion in relationship.
I have been a parent for over 10 years and have learned (and continue to learn) how to foster my children?s growth and development.
I have navigated the corporate world for over a dozen years and understand what it takes to produce results, to get promoted, to manage effectively, and to find the elusive and dynamic work-life balance.
I've spent an enormous amount of energy, time, and money learning the most effective strategies and skills to deal with stress, overwhelming emotions, relationships, and work. Let me share what I've learned with you.
How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
I have been there. I used to be emotionally immature, quick to anger, childish in all my relationships (especially my marriage), and held back at work (due to my own behaviors). Despite my strong technical capabilities as an engineer, I was a social-emotional idiot. A series of "wake up calls" and overall dissatisfaction in life led me to therapy. And eventually, I discovered a path to fulfill my life-long interest in the greater good - I left the corporate world behind and enrolled in grad school to become a therapist.
My passion for personal growth and development continues to deepen as I continue to strive for the most fulfilling life possible. I continue to do my own work and walk my own walk. And my deep desire to make the world a better place has led me to my current role as a counselor and coach where I can share what I have learned, and continue to learn, with others on the same path.
Why Going to Therapy Does Not Mean You are Weak or Flawed
We all have areas where we can grow and develop. It's a life's work. And most of us were given a very limited set of tools to work with. That's OK. Therapy and coaching are about working with a trained professional who has dealt with and continues to deal with their own challenges, and can provide the support, and the challenge that you need to move through your own path of growth and development.
By working with me, you can learn:
-How to deal with stress and overwhelming emotions.
-How to find peace and contentment in your relationships, including the most difficult one of all - that with your spouse or partner.
-How to more successfully navigate the world of business.
-How to find fulfillment in life, marriage, family, community, and work.
-How to get more of what you want, whatever that may be.
