Attention Females: Tired of feeling ANXIOUS AND DEPRESSED? You don't have to feel anxious, depressed or embarrassed anymore. I want to empower you to overcome your issues and/or relationship obstacles. Maybe you're struggling with trust issues, low self-esteem, abuse, addictions communication problems or eating disorders. This can be a scary and confusing time. Where do you even start? This is where I can help. I can give you an unbiased opinion as to what's really going on. I can offer you specific tools to make your relationship stronger. I can help you to communicate what you are feeling in a way that makes you feel good and empowered. I want to empower you to have a more peaceful relationship and an overall happier life. We are not born with confidence. Confidence is something that is created! It is a learned skill and if you were not fortunate enough to have had parents who were able to teach you these skills, then you probably did not learn what you needed to learn. Our parents did the best they could but you can do better - for yourself and your children. Let me help you. Please call me for a free initial phone consultation. I want to hear your story and see how I can help.

More Info About My Practice

My practice is solely dedicated to females. I work with children, teens and adult women. My mission and my passion is to educate and empower you. I am a mother raising two teen girls (yes, this is challenging). I'm sure you have a challenging situation also. Too many women try to figure out things on their own. Maybe you don't want to ask for help because, after all, you should know what to do (right?) Wrong! We all can benefit from advice, support and guidance. I love working with girls, with mothers, with women in transition. The female mind is unique and awesome but if you don't understand your own emotions and behaviors, then you are likely to feel disempowered. Let's get started!

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Relationships issues, trust issues, low self-esteem, family discord, work-life balance, stress & overwhelm, eating disorders (emotional over-eating), mother-daughter and father-daughter coaching, career coaching and transitional adjustment (plus much more).

How Psychotherapy Can Help

Counseling is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and your relationships. It\'s an opportunity to learn new skills and make positive changes in your relationships and your life.

Counseling is unbiased. It\'s honest. It\'s real. It\'s support you deserve.

My counseling style is more similar to coaching. It is goal specific and results driven. Together we create goals and action steps to help you achieve your goals.

My office is located in the heart of downtown Warrenton, VA. My office is warm and inviting - just the place for you to be able to relax and share and see how I can help you.
