Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

My specializations include helping people with all types of depression and depressive disorders, anxiety and panic disorders. In addition, I specialize in all relationship related issues. How Psychotherapy Can Help

I've had the privilege of seeing people gain insight into understanding how their thoughts impact their feelings. As people learn how to be more aware of their negative thoughts and focus on thoughts that encourage, support and positively motivate themselves, they can decrease their anxiety and depression. Psychotherapy can help you explore and discover how to have close and meaningful relationships by improving your ability to communicate feelings more effectively.
