Each person has a unique journey in this world shaped by who they are as human beings, their values, and their life experiences. For this reason, my approach to therapy is not one size fits all. Together we will explore past, present, or future concerns you deem to be important and relevant. I believe a collaborative therapeutic relationship that is genuine and nonjudgmental will foster an environment where you can gain insight, find healing, and grow as a person - leading to a greater sense of self-awareness.
We will also work from a holistic perspective. You are not the mere sum of your parts. You are a whole person made of mind, body, and spirit. It is important to not ignore the role all three serve in your life because together they form who you are.
Change is possible - though the path to get there might be difficult and uncomfortable at times. I will meet you where you are and walk alongside you in your journey. Through the counseling process, perspectives can shift, patterns can be revealed, and meaning can be found.
