The opportunity to gain greater awareness and insight into your behavior, emotions and relationships can lead to a life with less stress, more joy, and a richer connection with yourself and others. My clients come to therapy looking forward to a more fulfilling and happier life. We work together toward these goals. I have a general clinical practice utilizing in-person treatment and phone/Skype options which benefits the traveling professional, stay-at-home Moms and other busy clients. It is an honor to witness the growth and success I see in my clients.
My training and work experience includes a graduate internship at The Baylor Psychiatry Clinic, a Post Graduate Fellowship at The Menninger Psychiatry Clinic, outpatient and residential settings with adolescents and adults, male and female. I am also certified in Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (EAP) and hope to offer ranch based services soon.
Life can lead us down many paths, and can become overwhelming and stressful. Whether it is a difficult life transition, overwhelming anxiety, a traumatic event, a strained relationship or an overall feeling of unhappiness; you are paving your road to wellness as you empower yourself to engage in the therapeutic process.
