I work from the perspective that our relationships and the environments in which we are raised have a significant impact on our lives. Relationships are likely the source of our greatest joys and most painful heartaches. With this in mind, the therapeutic relationship serves as an avenue to explore the ways in which you have been shaped and provides the time and space for healing. I believe as you gain new experiences, both consciously and unconsciously, authentic change is possible.

More Info About My Practice

Each session is 50 minutes in length and and I am happy to provide a billing statement that you can submit to your insurance company if you are eligible for reimbursement.

Rapport is an important facet of therapy, therefore I offer an optional 30 minute initial consultation for us to meet and determine if we would be a good fit for ongoing therapy.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I have pursued additional training in domestic violence issues. Particularly, I have worked with women who find themselves in abusive relationships as well as women who have difficulty coping with their own aggression.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

Each session is 50 minutes in length and I see clients on a weekly or more frequent basis depending on the individual need. Each person is unique and therefore the duration of therapy is also unique to the client. Whether we meet for months or years, it is always within your rights to determine how long you would like to meet and we can discuss this together as our work progresses.
