Are you constantly worrying about your life? Have you learned how to "keep it together" but are ready to tap into real joy and connection in your life? Do you want to feel calm and confident about your job, your relationships, and yourself?
I want you to know that real change is possible.
I specialize in working with women who are struggling with anxiety and worry, despite their best efforts. I help them slow down meaningfully, reduce anxiety and worry through creative expression, and become confident and calm in relationships, at work, and in everyday life.
I'm an experienced music/creative arts psychotherapist, with a passion for guiding women to become the best multi-faceted version of themselves - calm but confident, gentle but bold.
Music psychotherapy offers a unique and powerful combination of discussion, music, mindfulness, play, and creativity. You do not need to have any artistic or musical experience to benefit.
Please call or email me today to get started - I look forward to hearing from you.

More Info About My Practice
We'll start with a free 20 minute phone consultation - this is a chance to ask me any questions you may have and to share a bit about what's going on in your life, and why you're considering therapy right now.
If it feels like a good potential fit to work together, then we'll schedule your first in-person session in my office.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love helping people explore their creativity as a way to move through stuckness. A creative approach to therapy runs deeper than simply listening to music or coloring images, but gives you an opportunity to experience yourself as a powerful, creative, and connected person. You do not need to have any artistic or musical experience.
There is a real richness to be found in slowing down enough to understand your feelings, experience growth and momentum, and move towards a life of ease.
On the Fence About Going to Therapy?
I hear you. And I've been there. But if you're really feeling stuck, therapy can be very helpful. Going to therapy doesn't mean you're weak or can't take care of yourself - it means you're brave enough to say "I can't do it all alone anymore" or "I'd like to feel better than I do right now" or "I need some help, and that's okay".
Therapy is not just for crisis management, but can help you understand yourself, your decisions, and your emotions in an authentic and powerful way.
Having been in your place, I will do my best to help you feel comfortable. My style is warm and real (I have been known to occasionally curse in sessions) and I promise you that I will listen very deeply to your concerns and your dreams.
