My Approach to Helping

Therapy provides a safe container that you can come to know and understand yourself. In coming to know yourself better, you discover what is personally true and meaningful to you. From this place, you can meet the world and life's challenges in an entirely new way, and come to understand how the choices you make directly influence the quality of life you have.

I am passionate about the therapeutic process. I have witnessed incredible transformation and growth in the clients I have been honored to work with, as they show up each week with commitment. I work primarily from a depth psychological and somatic orientation but draw from many theories to inform my work. I see the therapeutic relationship as an integral part of therapeutic success and support a holistic approach that takes into consideration the totality of a person, mind, body, and soul.

More Info About My Practice

I have a standard fee but offer a sliding scale on a limited basis for those with financial constraints. I do not accept or bill insurance directly, however if you have a PPO health plan, you may be able to be reimbursed for a percentage of what you have already paid for services rendered. Please contact your insurance company's Member Services Department and ask them how you can be reimbursed for an "out-of-network" provider.
