I have provided psychotherapy in the Westminster/Arvada area since 1998 for adults experiencing Stress and Anxiety related concerns such as Panic Attacks, GAD (Generalized Anxiety Disorder), Phobias (like Agoraphobia and Specific Phobias), PTSD (Post Tramatic Stress Disorder) and Fearfulness. I use a Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. I also work with individuals experiencing a wide variety of other concerns such as Depression, Grief & Loss, Spirituality, Life Transitions, and Women's Issues.
