Are experiencing challenges in your life goals and significant relationships? Partnering with a caring professional can be an effective way to explore what isn't working and make positive changes to create balance and more fully enjoy your life. I will partner with you to identify areas where you feel "stuck" and support you to create positive self-care practices and healthier relationships.

I use a holistic approach--what works best and is most effective for you, including psychodynamic therapy, relaxation meditation, mindfulness awareness, journaling, music and creative visualization.

We all have within ourselves a reservoir of inner strength and gifts, with an ability to find solutions and answers in order to change old or negative self-messages that no serve us. I believe in the power of self-compassion and motivation to make positive changes and will look forward to working with you on your healing journey!

I am currently awaiting listing on insurance panels. I can offer affordable fee-for-service rates, with a sliding scale and will work with you to use your current insurance out-of-network provider service.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I find tremendous satisfaction being a facilitator of healing. Having experienced challenges in my own past, I appreciate the value of professional support to explore blocks to honoring past suffering and feel privileged to pass on practices of self-compassion and self-love. As a therapist, I feel I receive as much as I give. I enjoy the work of partnering with clients to lift and support mental and emotional health, and feel this brings a spirit and an attitude of hope to my clients.
