I believe each person has all the elements within him or her to live a healthy and productive life. Having a supportive and nonjudgmental counselor in a safe atmosphere, enables one to gradually realize one's true potential in their life. This exploration involves, among other things, identifying and letting go of self-defeating thoughts, beliefs and behaviors. As a counselor, I am a helpful supporter and guide in this journey, as the road to healing is not always easy. However, if one does not try to make changes, then one cannot grow. Let's begin.
