In today's multi-stressed world, one of the things you can count on in life is that things will change. Change can lend itself to the greater demand of having to skillfully juggle and keep many balls in the air. These life situations call for adapting in an effective and efficient way, but trying to find a balanced perspective for dealing with these challenges sometimes cannot be faced alone. Therapy sometimes requires "thinking outside of the box" to create a much needed new and different approach to life problems. I believe this occurs in working collaboratively to find solutions.

Groups I Work With

I would like to note that I have specialized training as grief and loss therapist. I can assist with moving beyond the emotional pain one experiences with the loss of a loved one through death, divorce and many other life situations. I also love working with women and the issues unique to living in a world with endless stresses and challenges, for example, problems with love relationships, or learning new ways to deal with difficult family issues or workplace dilemmas. I have a number of current and former patients who report success with techniques and alternatives to problems we have explored and developed together.
