I adapt my approach to each person with whom I work because no two people are exactly the same. Whether we are working on issues of grief, work stress, life transitions, anxiety, depression, PTSD, coping with infertility, or focus with school, I do tend to work collaboratively with you so that you can more effectively begin to manage these issues on your own. We will develop goals and actively work towards them during our work together. I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families, as well as pre-marital and group therapy. I also provide psychological testing/evaluation for a variety of presenting issues including: bariatric surgery, surrogacy and fertility treatment, spinal surgery and assistance with therapy and personal insight. I am fortunate to truly love my work as a Licensed Psychologist. My years of education, and training allow me to have a broad scope of practice and wide base of knowledge.
