How Psychotherapy Can Help
Good therapy requires a safe place to discover and explore thoughts, emotions and behaviors that block us from finding our purpose in life for ourselves and others. I truly believe that without a safe, constructive alliance between therapist and client that this emotional healing will not take place. I strive to continually build trust and safety within the therapeutic process so the client can be free to process and explore those issues that are blocking them from living their best lives free to discover their full potential.
Relationships can once again be a safe haven to find stability, peace and harmony. My approach takes a couple step-by-step to rebuild, re-structure and re-connect building a stronger foundation to draw closer and recreate loving communication and intimacy.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
Being a psychotherapist gives me the opportunity to be the link between a couple, family, individual or group and their discovering and re-discovering the beauty of life and cultivating hope. I have tremendous respect for the courage it takes a couple or individual to begin the therapeutic process.
