Reaching out for help can be scary and difficult. My job is to help you feel comfortable enough to tell me what you would like to improve in your life. Together, we can figure out how we can make that happen. Everyone can use help at some point in their lives and speaking with a professional can make those more challenging times feel easier. You are not going at it alone, I can help.

How Psychotherapy Can Help

There are two parts that go into our everyday decision making: our rational side and our emotional side. Often, we rely too heavily on one of those parts and we ignore the data that we get from the other side. To continue to make the most fulfilling and best decisions in our lives, it's important that we are able to consider both sides. I'm here to help strengthen the area that has been underused.
