Are you feeling overwhelmed by events in your life? Past or present, and want to take better care of yourself?

As a Creative Arts psychotherapist and trauma specialist I've discovered tools that work to help you heal, feel better, and make more sense out of your life.

When we meet first we find out what is going on, what has gone on, and how we want to use our time together. We can continue to talk; we may include some of the modalities in which I am trained (Art Therapy, EMDR...). It depends on which approach you are most comfortable with, and fits your particular issues and concerns.

Therapy can be long or short term, it really depends on what you want.

More Info About My Practice

We work on ways to make more sense of your life in a way that makes sense to you. This often brings relief and clarity. My aim is to match your needs with what I have to offer.

It is an honor for me to work with people that want more from their lives. I've experienced and witnessed transformation through therapy and want to share this powerful gift with you.

I work with Individuals, Couples, and Families, and creativity plays a big role in our work.

My office is conveniently located in Brooklyn Heights and accessible to public transportation. My NYC office is also conveniently located in the Flatiron area and accessible to public transportation.

Theoretical Influences that Guide My Work

Object Relations, Relational psychotherapy and Attachment are my guiding theoretical frameworks. I also like to keep current on ideas and treatment modalities in psychoanalysis, art therapy, and trauma.
