I welcome clients of all ages, gender and sexual orientation, with varying mental health concerns for individual, couple and family therapy, especially: parents raising children with mental health issues and disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder; children, teens and adults with depression, anxiety, social problems, and learning disabilities and ASD; children, teens and adults with history of sexual abuse; crisis counseling and stress management; relationships and the particular struggles of blended families. I also work with women in various life transitions from school to aging issues.
I bring a playful and creative approach to my work with children and youth, to help them discover their own positive approaches to problem solving and social success, without minimizing the hardships that children face. I am strengths-based, solution-focused, and tailor my style to fit the needs of each family.
I bring over 20 years experience of work with children and families in a variety of settings and with diverse populations. I am sensitive to spiritual and religious needs and all sexual orientations.
