More Info About My Practice

In the quiet of my office, you can sip a cup of tea, hot chocolate or coffee while we explore what means the most to you. I am open and affirming, non-judgmental and spiritually inclusive. As you share your struggles, I listen closely and guide you to a healthier, more productive place in life.

I offer daytime and evening hours. You are welcome to schedule a free half hour consultation to meet me and learn more about my approach before scheduling an appointment. I look forward to meeting you.

Grief group for adults who have lost a loved one to death. 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m, Mondays (second and fourth). Call to sign up.
Mindfulness Group 12:15 to 1 p.m. Wednesdays starting May 3rd. Sessions include brief instruction, followed by a facilitated meditation/mindfulness experience. All are welcome. Just drop in. We cannot admit latecomers. $10 suggested donation.
