Are you facing difficult, stressful or confusing issues? Are you trying to figure out the best place to turn for help? I will take the time to listen closely to who you are and what makes you and your life situation unique, and help you to express and explore your challenges. From there, I will guide you in finding practical solutions for what now might seem like overwhelming challenges.

With a creative mix of therapy techniques, wisdom and life experience, I build on your strengths, identify and address root causes, and help you create and work towards a plan to achieve the changes you seek. I use a holistic approach because mind, body and spirit are all connected.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

Good therapy is a collaboration between therapist and the person or people who come for help. I am often inspired by those who seek my services.

It is an honor when people trust me with aspects of themselves and their lives that are weighing heavily on them, and when people join in the process of seeking solutions and improving their lives.

I enjoy drawing on people's existing strengths to working towards developing new skills and fresh approaches to make lives better.

When a client completes treatment and moves on, I feel joy and, I admit a pang of loss because I grow to care about each person deeply. Your personal success matters to me.
