Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I have experience providing therapy for people with a wide range of issues. Some of my specialty areas include:
Grief counseling--including counseling for people who have experienced a recent loss, as well as anticipatory grief due to terminal illness, and unresolved grief issues from the past which are causing life problems today.
Couples--including intact couples who are dealing with difficult issues and working to improve their relationship, discerning couples who are at a crossroads and are trying to determine whether or how to move forward and ex-partners who seek to manage or overcome conflict in the best interests of the children (co-parent counseling). I am open, affirming, non-judgmental, and welcome all couples.
Spiritual distress--including individuals who are struggling with religious identity or spiritual issues, and couples who embrace different religious or spiritual values, but love each other and want to make the relationship work.
