Are you depressed and overwhelmed? Maybe you wake up in the middle of the night worrying? Do you argue with your partner too much? Do you wish you could feel self-assured, peaceful, and deeply engaged with your life? Maybe you wish your marriage felt more supportive. I can help you begin to find the gift in your problem. I see problems as Life's way of grabbing our attention and encouraging us to look more deeply at who we are and where we are going. Your depression may be telling you something needs to change. Your anxiety may urging you to perceive and experience yourself and obstacles in a new way. Your marriage may be asking you to grow. I believe in providing a safe and sacred space where clients can begin to open to a new experience of themselves using compassion as our guide. Time and time again, I have seen clients find hope or a deeper sense of meaning as they begin to discover new strengths, insights, or gifts that they didn't know they had. When you take the time to answer the call that life has given you, you can begin to enrich, deepen, and heal yourself, your relationships, and your life.
