I'm Lisa Pines, a psychotherapist specializing in families, children, and adolescents. My practice is located in Los Alamitos, in North Orange County near 22, 405, and 605.

My goal is to help you get what you need out of therapy. The journey of self-discovery can feel daunting and overwhelming, but I strive to make therapy supportive, safe, and comfortable. People see me because they want to find fulfillment, improve their moods, or have better relationships.

I help each client determine the best approach to achieve growth, while offering an environment that encourages my clients to share openly so they can flourish. The law ensures that therapy is confidential, and I deeply respect each client's privacy. I prioritize quality, compassionate care.

I specialize in loss and grief, adolescent and child therapy, counseling for infertility, family and parenting issues, relationship and sexual issues, trauma and abuse, and stress management. I help individuals with depression, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress (PTSD), I treat individuals with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)

I also offer psychoeducation to families and parents. I work with each client to foster positive change and personal growth, collaborating to determine the best course for treatment.
