In my therapy sessions I use a holistic approach, integrating mind, body, and soul therapeutic techniques. I believe that we all learn and grow differently so every treatment is tailored to meet individual needs.

Through the use of cognitive-behavioral therapy, energy psychology, yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices, I assist others in reducing stress, anxiety, and feelings of depression. When we can identify the negative underlying beliefs that we hold, we are capable of real change.

Creating a therapy environment that is warm, accepting, and open, individuals may develop a better understanding of self, creating a space for growth within their relationships and outside world.

More Info About My Practice

I have specialized training in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT or tapping), a form of energy psychology to help release stored emotional blocks. Through this technique individuals are able to release negative emotions and stress in order to find a sense of healing and peace.

As a Registered Yoga Instructor I also offer private one-on-one yoga sessions. Yoga can be a wonderful addition to your therapy or a stand alone practice. The benefits of yoga are vast including reduced stress and anxiety, mental clarity, improved posture, strength building, increased flexibility and so much more. Whether you are looking to address physical concerns or develop mindfulness, I can tailor a personalized yoga program that meets your specific needs. Some of the varieties that are offered include beginners, vinyasa, restorative and meditative yoga.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I have a passion for helping others who are feeling stagnant or stuck in their current life circumstances, whether that be career, relationship or family oriented.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

There are moments in everyone's lives that seem overwhelming, scary, or impossible. I believe that while we all have our own unique experiences, the need for healing is universal.
In my eyes, therapy is a beautiful process of self exploration and reflection in order to heal, create the change that we need, and to become greater versions of ourselves.
