I see therapy as a collaborative process. The client comes to therapy because he or she is stuck in some way, and is in pain. My job is to listen and help the person better understand his or her problem, see patterns where they exist, and open possibilities for getting unstuck. I welcome feedback about ways in which the therapy is helping, and ways in which it isn't - so that adjustments can be made. Together we work to find paths that lead to greater fulfillment and a better life.
