Life can be a joyful experience, but it is also challenging. Counseling offers you a judgment-free space to explore your challenges, cultivate hope, and empower yourself to achieve your highest potential.

Sometimes you just need a guide to walk alongside you. I have helped wonderful clients with anxiety, depression, trauma, domestic abuse, marital problems, women's issues, self-esteem, personality disorders, and addiction. I look forward to helping you get unstuck and make lasting, positive changes.

Counseling is a highly personalized process. I usually use a blend of holistic, cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and narrative techniques. Meditation and creative arts, including drama, bodywork, and phototherapy, can also aid the healing process.

Unlike many mental health practices, our office understands the connection between mind and body. We offer a dedicated team, including a hypnotist, chiropractor, psychiatrist, and therapists, who collaborate to provide you with optimal care.

My Role as a Therapist

My role as a therapist is to provide the most nurturing, unbiased, and open environment to help you challenge maladaptive beliefs and patterns, grow as an individual, and start noticing changes as a direct result. I will help guide you, provide you with specific clinical tools to practice on a daily basis, and give each client a completely unique approach to their challenges. I am a fond believer of building up an individual's support system and I see that my clients thrive best when they are able to communicate their needs better to their family and friends so that they are better able to support them. I welcome the opportunity to work with my client's significant others and families in order to better assist my clients.

On the Fence About Going to Therapy?

Just like any relationship, the therapeutic relationship grows on trust and understanding. It is important for clients to feel comfortable opening up to their therapist with difficult issues. I am a firm believer that both sides need to be open minded and work together to formulate the best possible treatment plan. Additionally, I am fortunate to be working with an incredible team of clinical therapists who bring forth a unique way of working with clients. If upon our first few sessions, we realize that the client would be better suited for another clinician, I am happy to refer!
