My general philosophy is that all people have it within themselves to heal the pain that they suffer. As a therapist it is my role to uncover, in collaboration with my client, the source of the emotional suffering and work toward healing. I do this by psychodynamic exploration and re-enactments within the therapist/client relationship and also using depth psychology techniques such as dreamwork, EFT, mindfullness, CBT... a variety of approaches. I have a strong belief that finding a path to spiritual living can greatly enhance personal growth. However, this is something I am open to, rather than to "push" onto anyone. I meet my clients where they are.
