Billing and Insurance

I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage

Fees: I work on a sliding scale with very competitive rates! I am very flexible and reasonable and will try hard to accommodate most budgets.

We are all such fascinating beings, capable of incredible resilience and peace when we allow ourselves the space to explore. I understand how difficult it can be to take this first step of learning about yourself on a deeper level. I have had the honor of witnessing so many individuals evolve to find the strength, unconditional acceptance and awareness that lives inside each of us. I am so grateful to be any part of that journey.
I have worked with all ages from 3 and up. I began with a focus in crisis family work and high-risk youth and have expanded my experience to include individual, couples and family working through a large variety of issues. What I truly believe is that there are many ways to heal, several disciplines and evidence-based interventions to use but, the most important thing to me is our client-therapist relationship. My goal is to make you comfortable and confident that I will do everything I can to provide you with the best support for you. I have a down to earth approach and together we can determine the best methods to help you reach your goals.

More Info About My Practice

I believe all people deserve affordable mental health services. This is why I work very hard to provide very competitive rates and flexible plans for all individuals and families I work with. I genuinely appreciate the opportunity to provide a service that is my guiding passion in life. I strive to provide a comfortable atmosphere and setting so you are glad to come learn more about yourself.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy

As a person who genuinely appreciates the role of skepticism in therapy and also in life, I am always looking for continued evidence in the practice of therapy. I can honestly say in my own experience alone, I never ceased to be amazed at the positive effects of therapy. I consistently see how much peace and empowerment a person gains when they figure out the wonderful mystery of how they came to be who they are. One of the most difficult things I find people struggle with is having compassion for the self. When you are able to see yourself through an objective eye and your individual, fascinating story, significant growth and personal evolution inevitably comes.
When a person accesses their inner strength and knowing, I am convinced time and again of the profound purpose therapy has.
