My Approach to Helping
One of the strongest choices you can make right now is to reach out and ask for the help you need. In a time where you are likely feeling isolated and disconnected, connecting with an objective, non-judgmental person will help you feel seen and understood, as you find answers to questions like: How do I cope with being alone? How do deal with the impact circumstances are having on my relationships? How do I cope with financial fear? How do I navigate my way through anxiety, stress, depression and addiction?
Fortunately, there is a way think differently, change old beliefs and feel better... and therapy is a great opportunity to find that clarity and gain perspective, as you discover your strength and capabilities.
My style is conversational, challenging, offering thoughtful questions and useful interpretations, as we collaborate on solutions. I believe in transparency, so we'll truly get to know each other over time, as you develop new insights, change negative patterns and develop tools to cope and adapt to your changing life.
I have daily, evening and weekend hours and flexible scheduling. I offer both socially distanced in-person and virtual sessions. My goal is to make therapy something you can do easily, within your means. You deserve an opportunity to be helped and supported. Let's set and pursue your goals together.
