I am dedicated to providing high quality services within a safe, caring, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment in which a healthy sense of humor is maintained. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, tailored to the needs of my clients. I can be quietly attuned when clients need space to share their stories and interactive when they want my feedback. Treatment frequency and length vary by client and over time. In the beginning, it is often helpful to meet weekly. As treatment progresses, the sessions may occur on a less frequent basis. Sometimes, people choose to maintain a connection over time, returning for periodic visits to ensure that they are staying on track with their personal and/or professional goals. The therapeutic/coaching relationship is critical to a successful outcome. I suggest calling to see if we are a good match.
