My Approach to Helping

PROVIDING BOTH IN PERSON AND TELETHERAPY SERVICES. I am a licensed psychologist who has provided psychotherapy services to children, adolescents and adults dealing with a variety of concerns, including life stress, relationship issues, depression and anxiety. In therapy, I use a client-centered, strength-based, cognitive-behavioral approach and work collaboratively with you to explore your thoughts and how they are impacting your feelings. Together, we establish treatment goals that are most relevant to your concerns. I primarily work with adult clients who confront anxiety, often triggered by current life, relationship and work situations and stresses. We partner together and use cognitive-behavioral strategies to increase coping skills and reduce the distress and impairment that may be occurring as a result of psychological and psychosocial stress. I believe that a connected and comfortable client-therapist relationship is integral to the success of therapy services. Please be sure to check out www.greenepsychologygroup.com for more information about our services and how to schedule an appointment.
