How Psychotherapy Can Help
Therapy can provide a safe place where you can grow and learn to become a better person, spouse, and parent than you ever thought you would be.
Therapy is challenging and takes time, but the effort put into it can have great benefits in your physical, emotional, and spiritual life.
My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
My approach is integrated with sound well-researched methods and Christian values based on biblical principles. I believe that we all have attachment needs, and the parent child relationship can be enhanced by becoming a securely attached person. In addition, marriage relationships are grown not through better communication or resolving all conflicts, but through understanding each other's deepest longings and needs as can be accomplished in emotionally focused couples' therapy.
